FairPro 2012 Property Fair in Chennai Trade Centre

Also with your free entry or Rs. 20 entry ticket you will get a free builders project directory.  With the paid ticket you will need to fill the registration form but with the e-registration you can just show the printout of the ticket and collect it.

The each apartment size being 551 sq. feet to 1676 sq feet.  They come in 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats.  Happy Windows is a CMDA approved project, at least according to Baashyam.  It is in located nearby to Maangadu Ammal Temple, Savita Dental College.

Baashyaam Happy Windows comes boasted with various amenities like Club House, gym, indoor games, children’s play area, etc.

This project has also been funded and approved by LIC HFL.  Baashyam have not officially announced the price of Happy Windows and hence if you are planning to try it, contact them for price.
